Gaming Floor and Virtual Options
We are located at 300 Pinewood Park Drive and run a gaming floor with 300 slot machines, six live table games and ten virtual gaming stations. The virtual area keeps the same casino feel as the main floor but runs everything through digital terminals, so play is smoother during those busy stretches.
Touchscreen controls handle bets and actions, with game progress updating in real time. You see the betting limits on the screen before each round starts. Rules follow the same structure as the equivalent physical table games, so what you know from regular tables applies here as well.
Our slot mix covers several denominations as you move around the floor. Machines accept cash and ticket-in-ticket-out vouchers. Payouts operate under Ontario regulatory standards, with audits and rules that we must follow. Floor staff can step in if you need help using a machine, printing or redeeming vouchers, or finding a cashier.
| Gaming Type | Count | Access |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | 300 | Floor direct |
| Tables | 6 | Seated |
| Virtual | 10 | Digital |
Virtual tables reduce waiting at peak hours, which makes traffic across the floor easier to handle. You get into a game faster without having to watch an open seat for long.
My Club Rewards Program
Our My Club Rewards program is free to join at Guest Services. Once you have your card, points build automatically based on your wagering activity on both slots and tables. You insert the card into slot machines or show it at the table when you buy in, and play is tracked from there.
Registration is simple. Bring valid government-issued ID, complete a short form and we print your card on the spot, usually in about five minutes. You receive a physical card to use on the gaming floor and access to on-site kiosks where you can see your account details.
Points can be exchanged for several benefits: complimentary play credits on machines, food vouchers for Match Eatery, invitations to member-only events and tournaments, early access to select entertainment, and period-based promotional offers that run at specific times.
Balances refresh in real time as you play. You can check totals at any kiosk or ask Guest Services to review your account. Points do not expire simply by age, but it is important to remember that accounts left inactive for more than 12 months may require an extra verification step before you can use them again.
Match Eatery and Public House
Match Eatery and Public House is our on-site restaurant and bar. The room is set up like a sports pub, with casual seating and multiple screens. Sixteen TVs plus a 110-inch feature screen show live sports, events and other entertainment. Outside, a 79-seat patio offers full service, with misting to help keep temperatures comfortable in warmer months.
The menu focuses on pub classics and comfort dishes, and we keep dietary needs in mind with alternative options. When you place your order, the kitchen team will usually give an idea of preparation time so you know what to expect. The restaurant operates separately from the gaming floor rules, so families and guests who are not gaming can dine without being limited by slot area age restrictions.
Beverage service covers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. On the gaming floor we provide complimentary coffee, tea and fountain drinks for active players. The bar carries regional and national beer brands, wine choices and standard cocktails. When ingredients are available, staff can handle special drink requests, but it is worth noting that custom orders might take a little longer during peak service.
Seating ranges from booths to high-top tables and bar counter spots. Reservations are not required for regular visits. For groups larger than six, we suggest contacting the restaurant team ahead of time so seating can be arranged. Walk-in guests are seated as tables open up, and during busy periods the host station will provide approximate wait times.
Live Entertainment Schedule
Throughout the year we present live entertainment in spaces that are separate from active gaming areas. Our calendar includes musicians, comedians and other performers. Lineups rotate each month, with local Ontario acts alongside performers traveling from across Canada. Event schedules are posted at Guest Services and on our website, and for higher demand shows it is advisable to secure tickets in advance.
Programming typically features live music on weekend evenings, comedy nights with stand-up or improv formats, seasonal or holiday themed events, tournaments for My Club Rewards members, community gatherings and promotional celebrations tied to specific campaigns.
Ticket costs depend on the nature of the event and the performing act. Some performances are complimentary for rewards members who meet certain point or tier thresholds, subject to specific conditions that apply at the time. Seating format varies: some events run as general admission while others use reserved seating, depending on the venue layout and show requirements. Our events team handles bookings and, with at least 48 hours notice, can help organize accessibility accommodations such as reserved accessible seating.
