Join My Club Rewards at Our North Bay Casino

Registration for My Club Rewards is done in person at our Guest Services desk inside Cascades Casino North Bay. Bring valid government-issued photo ID, come up to the counter, and in most cases we have you set up in about five minutes. Our address is 300 Pinewood Park Drive, North Bay, Ontario.

We print your membership card on the spot. New members get $5 Free Play added right away, along with a small welcome gift from us. From there, your play on slots, table games and electronic gaming stations all earns points. Those points can be redeemed around the property for prizes, dining vouchers, exclusive offers and other member rewards.

Our casino opened in early 2020 under Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited. On the gaming floor you will find 293 slot and table game positions, 10 electronic gaming stations, Match Eatery & Public House for casual dining, and regular live entertainment on site.

Who Can Register

Membership is for guests who are 19 years of age or older. Guests who are 21 or under should bring a secondary piece of identification along with their main photo ID so we can verify details correctly.

Anyone who is self-excluded or trespassed from Ontario gaming properties is not allowed to register or enter the casino. It is important to remember that certain promotional offers are not available to Gateway employees.

Acceptable identification includes a valid Canadian driver’s license, passport, provincial photo card, permanent resident card or another government-issued photo ID that shows your date of birth. Expired documents are not accepted under any circumstances.

How Registration Works

At the moment there is no online sign-up for this program. Everything is handled on site at Guest Services during our operating hours.

Typical registration flow looks like this:

1. Come through the main entrance at 300 Pinewood Park Drive.
2. Walk into the main gaming area and head to Guest Services.
3. Let our staff know you want to join My Club Rewards.
4. Present your valid photo ID (and secondary ID if you are 21 or under).
5. Review and accept the program terms and conditions.
6. Receive your card, your $5 Free Play and your welcome gift.

Your card is active as soon as we hand it to you. You can insert it into any slot machine or show it to the dealer at table games. Once it is in use, points track automatically with your play and you can check that activity at any time.

Earning and Using Your Points

Points accumulate based on how much and how often you play. The system updates in real time, and you can see your balance at dedicated card readers placed around the floor.

What You Will Find on the Gaming Floor

Our floor features 293 slot and table game positions. Guests will recognize titles such as Wheel of Fortune, Lightning Link and Smokin’ Hot Stuff. We review performance and rotate machines from time to time, adding new games as they arrive.

There are also 10 electronic gaming stations with Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker and Baccarat available. Multiple players can join the same terminal bank at once, with each person using their own betting screen and limits.

Live dealer tables are typically open during peak times, and table minimums vary so different playing styles are accommodated. Members can move easily between slot areas, electronic stations and live table sections using the same card.

Cascades Casino North Bay works with Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, which gives our members extended access through OLG’s online platform. Slots, table games and sports betting can be accessed on personal devices, allowing the experience to continue even when you are not on the property.

On-Site Services

We offer free parking in the on-site lot with no set time limit during operating hours. The lot connects directly to the main entrance for easier access.

Additional services at the casino include ATMs near the main entrance, currency exchange at Guest Services, lottery sales and ticket validation, full wheelchair accessibility and disability support equipment available when requested in advance or on arrival.

Match Eatery & Public House serves classic pub-style food in a sports bar setting. You can choose to pay with cash, Canadian debit, major credit cards, or apply eligible My Club Rewards points toward your bill.

Responsible Gaming and Privacy

We follow responsible gaming standards that align with provincial requirements in Ontario. If at any point you are concerned about your own play, or a friend’s, resources are available through Guest Services. Information about problem gambling support services is posted throughout the property so it is always visible.

There is also a voluntary self-exclusion program. Guests who join self-exclusion are not permitted to enter the casino or register for My Club Rewards at Cascades Casino North Bay or any other Ontario gaming facility covered under this system. The program is operated through a centralized authority, and the exclusion is enforced across participating venues.

Payment Methods on Site

All gaming and non-gaming transactions on property are processed in Canadian dollars. Slots, table games and electronic stations accept CAD only.

Guests with foreign cash can use our currency exchange service at Guest Services. Major international currencies are converted at current applicable rates. Foreign bank cards may be used at ATMs, which handle conversion automatically; it is important to check any international fees or limits with your bank in advance.

For dining and other non-gaming purchases, we accept cash, Canadian debit cards, Visa, Mastercard and eligible My Club Rewards points. At this time we do not take cryptocurrency, mobile payment apps or prepaid gaming cards as payment methods.

Card Replacement and Account Updates

If your My Club Rewards card is lost or damaged, visit Guest Services and we will replace it at no charge. You will need to present identification that matches the details on your account so we can confirm ownership. The replacement card keeps the same account and point balance, and the process is usually completed within a few minutes.

Your points and historical activity transfer over automatically, so nothing is removed from your account. We still recommend telling us as soon as you notice a card is missing, to reduce any risk of misuse, even though most redemptions require a matching photo ID.

You can check your balance at card readers around the casino without coming back to the desk. Insert your card to see current points, recent play, available redemption options and any active promotions tied to your account.

If you move or change your email or phone number, ask Guest Services to update your profile. Keeping those details current helps you receive promotional notices and event invitations in a timely way. We do not share member data outside the Gateway network except as required by law or regulatory obligations.
