Table Gaming at Our North Bay Location
At our North Bay property at 300 Pinewood Park Drive in Ontario, we run six live tables along with ten virtual terminals. We do not operate a separate poker room here: no all-night cash games, no posted weekly tournament schedule. Instead, you will find poker-style table games folded into the main gaming floor with blackjack and other familiar titles.
Virtual terminals offer electronic versions of traditional tables, some built around poker themes. They move quicker than a dealer-handled game and usually come with lower minimum bets, which some guests prefer. The exact line-up can shift from time to time based on popularity and required maintenance.
If your trip is focused on long sessions of multi-table poker, it is important to call us first at 705-840-7702. Our core business here is slots and classic table games, and poker variants appear as specialty options, not as the central attraction.
When Tables Are Open
Our live tables follow set hours and do not operate around the clock. Weekends usually run later into the night, weekday openings are a bit later in the day.
| Day | Hours |
|---|---|
| Sunday | 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM |
| Monday - Thursday | 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM |
| Friday - Saturday | 12:00 PM - 2:00 AM |
New buy-ins generally close about 30 minutes before the listed end time. On holidays or special dates, schedules might adjust, so it is worth checking with us before you head out. Virtual terminals typically follow regular slot floor hours, but individual games on those terminals can change during the day.
What Else Is on the Floor
Most of our floor space is devoted to roughly 293 slot machines. Titles like Wheel of Fortune, Lightning Link and Smokin’ Hot Stuff are available, along with other familiar themes. Parking is complimentary, which helps if you are planning to stay more than a quick stop. On the gaming floor we provide coffee, tea and soft drinks at no charge.
For cash, you will find bank machines on-site. Visitors needing Canadian dollars can use our currency exchange services. Between table sessions, some guests also pick up lottery products, which we sell on the property.
We keep wheelchairs on hand for guests who need mobility support, and we can provide accessible formats for information when requested. Our team is available to assist with anything that makes it easier to move through the property.
Promotions and Player Incentives
From time to time, we run table-focused promotions. For example, a recent “King for Father’s Day” event gave ballots to active players, and we held a final draw at 8:00 PM on June 21 for a one-thousand dollar prize package.
Usually, these offers require active play on live tables to generate entries. Depending on the terms for that event, virtual terminal play might also qualify, so it is better to ask a floor supervisor instead of assuming that all play counts. Our promos are set up to cover total table gaming activity, not just poker-style games. Blackjack, roulette and similar tables contribute on the same footing, since we track table play as a single category rather than breaking poker variants out separately.
Match Eatery and Public House
Match Eatery & Public House is located right on site, with a neighbourhood pub feel combined with a sports bar setup. You can move over from the tables, grab a meal and then walk back to the floor without getting in the car again.
The menu follows a comfort-food sports bar style, with appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and larger entrees. At the bar you will find alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, but it is important to remember that alcohol can influence your gaming decisions and how you manage your bankroll.
Throughout the year, Match hosts live entertainment in the dining area, including musicians, comedians and other performers. That adds another element if you are planning a full night out rather than only Cascades Casino North Bay poker and table play.
